Date to be determined: Join this 4-week program for Black, Indigenous and Women/Femmes of Colour called Safety in Connection: A healing circle for burnout and nourishment. This weekly group will use ThetaHealing to work through some of the internalized core beliefs linked to systems such as capitalism, white supremacy, colonization and patriarchy that contribute to burnout.
