Burnout can be caused by core beliefs that our worth is tied to productivity, what we do and what we own. They are rooted in our consumerist, grind culture. Common core beliefs like "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not worthy" are perpetuated by this type of culture and affect our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Join this unique meditation where we will shift these and other core beliefs in a way that will bring you and your life back in to balance. Our work together will create a regenerative culture based on self-care and community care. WHEN: Wednesday, January 8, 7:30pm - 8:30pm WHERE: Bright Moon Wellness,1390 Prince of Wales Drive, Unit 205 REGISTER: This is a free event, but you must register online here. (Scroll down to Workshop Registration) Space is limited! Facebook event here. This event takes place on unceded, unsurrendered Algonquin territory.

Osiana Wellness with Emma Lui recently started offering Craniosacral Therapy sessions to women in a shelter in Ottawa. She has worked with women who have experienced abuse, trauma and conditions that come with these - depression, anxiety, addiction, pain, illness and more.
She would love to be able to offer sessions at the shelter consistently and has set up this Patreon crowdfunder page to support this work. A donation can be made for as little as the cost of a cup of coffee every month. Please consider making a contribution here. Thank you! After Winter Solstice on December 21, Emma will take a couple of weeks to rest, restore and reflect over the holidays so she can come by refreshed and rejuvenated to serve clients. She will be unavailable on Wednesday, December 25 and Wednesday, January 1.
However, she will be available Saturday, December 28 and begin regular hours on Saturday, January 4. Try 30-minute sampler sessions for $20 or dig deep with 3-for-2 Special. You can book a session with her here. Wishing a happy and restful holiday with your loved ones! |
